Volunteer / Stand Schedule
Dear Parents & Guardians:
Each parent and/or guardian is required to work the stand once or twice during the regular season. The schedule is organized by the child’s name, so look for her name on the calendar. (We apologize for any typographical errors)
Several parents have informed us that they cannot work certain nights and we have tried to accommodate them the best we could. If you cannot work the night you are assigned, it is your responsibility to find someone to cover for you. Also, if your game is rained out, you must report on the day that it is rescheduled. Please see your coach for the names and phone numbers of other parents/guardians on your team if you need to switch.
Since many things need to be prepared before the stand can open, please try to arrive at the stand 30-45 minutes before the beginning of your game.
Lastly, anytime that you see the stand is very busy, please feel free to help. We can always use extra hands and want all of the new parents to feel welcome and comfortable in the stand. The stand brings in a great deal of money to support our Tripp Park Softball program. ALL OF OUR CHILDREN benefit from it.
